Panzenella is a Tuscan bread plate of mixed greens, perfect for summer which does not take after a specific formula. The two fixings that don't change are tomatoes and bread. This plate of mixed greens is awesome with a chilled glass of Prosecco and bunches of daylight.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg extensive crisp delicious tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 100 gm little gentle olives
- 1 medium onion, cut
- 100 gm sun dried tomatoes and their oil
- 1 modest bunch oregano, hacked
- 1 modest bunch parsley, hacked
- 2 cloves garlic, finely hacked
- 2 tbsp great balsamic vinegar
- 1 squeeze sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lounge Italian cibatta or French baguette, attacked pieces
Method:
- Cleave the tomatoes and cucumber generally into 1 cm solid shapes, and place in a substantial bowl.
- Mix in all the rest of the fixings with the exception of the bread, and taste for flavoring.
- Include some lemon juice on the off chance that you need a more tart serving of mixed greens.
- Put the plate of mixed greens in the cooler and leave, secured, overnight until you are prepared to eat. The flavor will dissolve into something mysterious.
- Promptly before serving, tear the bread into little pieces and mix into the plate of mixed greens.
