Panzanella dish of italian

Panzenella is a Tuscan bread plate of mixed greens, perfect for summer which does not take after a specific formula. The two fixings that don't change are tomatoes and bread. This plate of mixed greens is awesome with a chilled glass of Prosecco and bunches of daylight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg extensive crisp delicious tomatoes

  • 1 medium cucumber

  • 100 gm little gentle olives

  • 1 medium onion, cut

  • 100 gm sun dried tomatoes and their oil

  • 1 modest bunch oregano, hacked

  • 1 modest bunch parsley, hacked

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely hacked

  • 2 tbsp great balsamic vinegar

  • 1 squeeze sugar

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 lounge Italian cibatta or French baguette, attacked pieces

Method:

  • Cleave the tomatoes and cucumber generally into 1 cm solid shapes, and place in a substantial bowl.

  • Mix in all the rest of the fixings with the exception of the bread, and taste for flavoring.

  • Include some lemon juice on the off chance that you need a more tart serving of mixed greens.

  • Put the plate of mixed greens in the cooler and leave, secured, overnight until you are prepared to eat. The flavor will dissolve into something mysterious.

  • Promptly before serving, tear the bread into little pieces and mix into the plate of mixed greens.

Words from the culinary specialist

Now and again I toast the bread gently furthermore include some red and yellow ringer peppers. The way to this plate of mixed greens is that the tomatoes must be succulent. In the event that they aren't, simply include a couple spoons of tomato juice to the serving of mixed greens.
